Welcome to Socratika. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Socratika, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

We offer various tiers of service, including a "Free" plan and paid subscription plans ("Disciple" and "Master Of The Academy"). By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that plan.

Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a paid plan and will cover the use of that service for the subscription period as indicated. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Plan Features and Limitations

Each plan comes with specific features and limitations. Our "Free" and "Disciple" plans have daily message limits and do not include conversation history. Our "Master Of The Academy" plan offers higher message limits, the ability to save and review past conversations, and access to generate custom Minipapers. We reserve the right to change the features and limits of any plan at any time.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings page. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Please note that subscription fees are non-refundable.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Socratika or its users. You are responsible for all your activity in connection with the service.

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
